Who can attend these classes? Does location matter?

Our online classes are open to everyone. We have students joining from different parts of the world.  Please keep in mind we follow pacific time zone.

What is the minimum age to join your class?

Minimum age to join our classes is 4-year-old. We have separate classes for different age groups (For example for 4-5 years old, 5-7-year-old etc.). Please check list of classes here https://www.crimsoncanvasarts.com/shop

My child is outside the age range for a particular class. Can they still join?

Our classes are suitable for the recommended age groups. However, if you believe your child is on the cusp and can manage to keep pace with recommend age group (older or younger), you can enroll.

What supplies do I need?

Each class has a different supply list. When you click on the class you are interested in, it will show you the supply list for that class. Our goal is to use minimum supplies which can be found in your home or easily available in your nearby store.

I don’t have time to gather supplies. Can you provide us the supplies instead?

Yes! We can certainly make a packet for you with all the required supplies and ship it to you for a small fee (varies on your location). If you are based in Seattle area, you can also do curbside pickup. If you would like us to send a packet please email us info@crimsoncanvasarts.com

Can I join mid-session?

That depends on the class. Some classes have a curriculum which requires students to attend from the beginning whereas in others you can join mid-session as long as space is available

My child missed a class. Will there be any makeup class?

Yes, one make-up class will be scheduled at the end of session. Your art instructor will email you regarding the same. There will be NO refund for missed classes.

What if I need to cancel the class? Will you refund the fees?

If you cancel 14 days or more before class starts, 100% fees will be refunded to you (less a $15.00 cancellation fee) OR  100% will be credited toward future classes/camps with no cancellation fee.  If you cancel 1– 14 days before class stars the 75% of paid fees will be refunded OR 100% credit toward future events with no cancellation fee.

Please note: We may cancel a class if it does not meet minimum enrollment criteria, and will promptly refund fees in the event of such a cancellation.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer sibling discounts for early registration, and may offer other discounts from time to time.  Current discounts, if any, will be shown on registration page. Unless otherwise stated in any specific discount offer, only one discount may be applied toward any registration. We also post our “Early Bird Discount” announcements on Facebook. Do you offer trial class?

We do offer free trial for some classes especially for younger kids. If you want to request a trial class, please email us.

Why I did not receive any email after registration?

If you have registered in one of our programs and didn’t receive any confirmation email, please check your spam folder and mark it ‘not spam’ so you can receive all our future emails.
